Shelly "Bombshell" Harrison makes an attempt to destroy the evil transhumanist spirit Dr. Jadus Heskel on the streets of Neo DC. It leaves a carnival trail through huge, multi-track levels filled with giant explosions, more secret areas than we can count, and inhuman enemies around every corner.
